Overview
Engagement Manager (North Florida and Orlando) at Cochlear. This role supports the North Florida and Orlando territories and requires residence in the territory. Base pay range is $70,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr. Accepting applications until November 21, 2025.
Responsibilities
- This position will support the North Florida and Orlando territories for Cochlear and must live in the territory.
- Engagement Managers are embedded in the territory sales strategies as the expert of Cochlear products to candidates and professional partners. Demonstrate solutions to sell Cochlear\'s product portfolio through nurturing of candidates and product launches. Implement local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies to grow the market for Cochlear implantable technology. Plan and execute candidate growth events, develop strategic community relationships, and provide consumer support for professional partners. Manage, develop and inspire mentoring volunteers. Provide candidate communication via in-person, virtual, email, and/or phone. Explain device features and Cochlear services to drive brand choice. Report issues via the Cochlear complaint management system and follow up for B2B.
- Sales Acumen: identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and generate sales. Build relationships in the territory with candidates, audiologists, surgeons, scheduling coordinators, and volunteers. Ensure sales activities comply with Cochlear policy and regulations. Maintain documentation for sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with B2B teammates to educate on products and develop relationships with schools, Deaf/Hard of Hearing programs, and audiologists. Coordinate and provide candidate educational events, evaluation days, and awareness events related to Cochlear devices. Provide market intelligence and competitive information to support sales strategies. Maintain a professional Cochlear Americas image.
- Business Acumen: manage territory expenses to budget; assist with quarterly strategic plans; submit territory information for monthly reports. Utilize tools such as Salesforce and related systems for territory management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Current and valid driver\'s license
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends

Total Rewards
Target Salary Range/Rate: $70,000 - $73,000 based on experience, with a competitive annual commission opportunity.
