Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Trainee to join our Cedarburg and West Bend teams. You will train to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, conducting evaluations, recommending rehabilitative services, and assisting patients through their hearing journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ office experience is preferred.
• 2 years’ sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
• Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
