Job summary

Beltone is hiring a Hearing Care Technician to join our professional office team. You will serve as the front-facing support, assist patients with orientations, and provide basic technical help for hearing devices and app use.

In this full-time role, you will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, collect copays, and coordinate between patients and the provider. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required, with comfort learning specialized software.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Travel between Hazleton and Lehighton offices as scheduled.
• Experience with payments, copays, and balancing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managed Care & Administrative Operations: Enter patient, device, and coverage data in portals to complete appointments and submit claims.
• Provider Support & Patient Scheduling: Schedule patients, coordinate calendars, and follow up on hearing aid issues.
• Patient Care & Technical Support: Greet patients, conduct orientations, assist with routine hearing aid care and app pairing.
