Job summary

Beltone is seeking a dependable Hearing Care Technician for our professional office. In this dual‑role, you will manage front desk operations, assist patients with orientations, and provide basic technical support for hearing instruments.

The position offers Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, at multiple PA locations. Pay is $20.00/hour plus incentives, with travel between Hazleton and Lehighton offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Experience in a medical clinic environment
• Ability to learn specialized hearing healthcare software

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check‑in/check‑out and maintain a welcoming office
• Assist patients with hands‑on orientation and device care guidance
• Coordinate patient schedules and entry of appointment data
• Handle copays, payments, and basic insurance verifications
• Troubleshoot hearing aid issues by phone and in office
• Communicate care plans and keep provider informed
