Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Drive practice growth with sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
• Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories and understand payment methods.
