Job summary

HearingLife in the United States is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, deliver exceptional patient care, and contribute to the growth of our practice.

This role offers a base salary of 65k–85k plus uncapped commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for leadership within a growing national network of centers.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing or audiology license required by state requirements.
• Experience in selling hearing aids or related industry training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to diagnose and treat hearing loss with excellent patient experience.
• Perform checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids.
• Grow patient population and meet practice financial KPIs.
• Engage in local outreach and build physician relationships to promote HearingLife.
• Counsel patients on purchases and understand payers and payment options.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with PCC and Manager.
• Support Telehealth/Remote Care to expand patient care and product portfolio.
• Maintain continuing education requirements per state regulations.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results for patients.
• Communicate test results clearly and understandably.
• All other duties as assigned
