HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our Livonia, MI team. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating hearing loss, dispensing hearing aids, and expanding patient care with telehealth initiatives.

The position emphasizes sales-driven growth, adherence to licensing standards, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities include conducting hearing tests, fitting devices, educating users, and building patient populations, with relocation

Formación

• Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
• Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships to advocate HearingLife.
• Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods by law.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with the PCC and Manager to achieve KPIs.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio including remote hearing tests and education.
• Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate results clearly to patients.
