HearingLife, part of the Demant group, is hiring an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist for our Monaca, PA location. The role combines clinical expertise with sales to diagnose and treat hearing loss while growing patient volume and meeting financial targets.

We offer a base salary of 65k–85k plus uncapped commission, plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more. On-site role with opportunities for growth within HearingLife.

Competenze

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License per state requirements.
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Mansioni

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests and hearing aid fittings; educate users on best practices.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and amplification devices; troubleshoot and repair as needed.
• Achieve practice growth with a focus on sales and business metrics while maintaining ethics.
• Engage with the local community through health fairs and physician relationships; represent HearingLife and advocate for patients.
• Counsel patients on purchases and understand third-party payors and payment methods in compliance with laws.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with PCC and Manager to achieve KPIs.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
