Job summary

HearingLife, a national hearing care company, is hiring an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Farmington, ME. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, fit devices, and provide patient-centered care.

Role emphasizes growth, clinical excellence, and telehealth support. Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions plus comprehensive benefits, including PTO, health, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

Active Hearing Aid Dispensing license or Audiology license as required by state.
Minimum 2 years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under licensed HIS/AuD.

Responsibilities

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
Perform checks on hearing aids and amplification devices, troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain equipment.
Grow patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical standards.
Lead local outreach including health fairs and physician relationships to advocate HearingLife's services.
Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and understand various payment methods and third-party payors.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with the PCC and Manager.
Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
