Job summary

BELTOPIA LLC is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to assist with hearing aid adjustments, fittings, repairs, and patient support. This full-time role involves in-person patient interactions across multiple Indianapolis-area locations and requires scheduling coordination and clerical duties.

The position includes training for licensure as an Audiology Assistant or Hearing Aid Dispensing license, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience to build a loyal patient database.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Audiology Assistant or Hearing Aid Dispensing licensure preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and conduct routine hearing screenings.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Take ear impressions and molds, order products and supplies.
• Manage patient files and perform clerical duties.
• Travel to multiple Indianapolis area locations to provide support.
• Provide patient education and post-fitting instructions.
