Job summary

BELTOPIA LLC is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to assist with hearing aid adjustments, fittings, and patient support across multiple locations. The role includes scheduling, data entry, and occasional repairs, with travel to Indianapolis-area offices.

We require licensing training if not yet obtained and offer full-time hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a license: Audiology Assistant or Hearing Aid Dispensing license.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients for routine hearing screenings and fittings.
• Make ear impressions and molds, order products/supplies.
• Assist with fitting, adjustments and troubleshooting of hearing aids.
• Support repairs and maintenance of devices and provide care instructions.
• Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties.
• Travel to multiple offices, including Indianapolis area, as needed.
