Job summary

BELTOPIA LLC is hiring a Hearing Care Technician in the Indianapolis area. The role involves assisting with hearing aid adjustments, repairs, scheduling, and office maintenance, with travel to multiple locations. A license is required, and training is offered.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k). Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Audiology Assistant license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and conduct routine hearing screenings.
• Take ear impressions and molds; order products.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting of hearing aids.
• Provide care instructions and post-fitting orientations.
• Maintain patient files and travel to Indianapolis-area offices.
