Beltone is seeking a motivated Hearing Care Technician in New Castle, IN to begin in a patient-facing role and progress toward a Hearing Care Specialist license. You will gain hands-on experience in fittings, adjustments, and patient education while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience and a willingness to pursue licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
• Interest in pursuing hearing care with licensing pathway.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
• Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
• Support sales and patient follow-up to build relationships.
• Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met.
