Job summary

BELTOPIA LLC is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to assist in hearing aid adjustments, sales, and patient care across multiple locations in Kentucky with travel to the Indianapolis area. The role is full-time (M-F, 8:30am - 5pm) and requires licensing training if needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an Audiology Assistant or Hearing Aid Dispensing license. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Audiology Assistant license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license.
• Previous sales experience or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and conduct routine/annual hearing screenings.
• Make ear impressions and molds, order products and supplies.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, and troubleshoot problems.
• Assist with repair and adjustments of hearing aids.
• Provide care and use instructions to patients.
• Conduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checks.
• Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions.
• Calling to follow-up with patients.
• Travel to several locations to provide support in the Indianapolis area.
