Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hearing Instrument Specialist license or eligibility preferred, depending on state requirements.
• 1+ years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or consultative sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient care and hearing solutions including screenings and evaluations.
• Educate patients about hearing loss and treatment options.
• Recommend and fit hearing devices based on patient needs.
• Provide follow-up care, counseling, and troubleshooting for devices.
• Promote solutions professionally and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
