Job summary

American Hearing Care is seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales professional in Montgomery, AL to promote and deliver hearing healthcare solutions to patients. This role blends patient care, device technology, and consultative sales to help individuals address hearing loss and improve well-being.

The Hearing Care Practitioner will evaluate patient needs, recommend devices, and provide ongoing support, aiming to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding patient service in a clinical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hearing Instrument Specialist license or Hearing Care Practitioner license (or eligibility) preferred, depending on state requirements.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing screenings and evaluations per company procedures and state licensing.
• Educate patients about hearing loss, hearing health, and treatment options.
• Recommend appropriate hearing devices based on patient needs.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices for optimal outcomes.
• Provide follow-up care, counseling, and troubleshooting for devices.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
