Beltone is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Rep - Medical Devices/HCT in Indianapolis. The role starts with patient care and hearing aid adjustments, with a clear path toward becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist.

Training, licensing support, and mentorship are provided to help you grow in a clinical sales environment. You will engage with patients, assist with fittings, and support the sales process while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
• Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
• Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
• Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
