The role combines consultative selling with strong earning potential via base salary plus commission; entry-level base is $25,000–$28,000, licensed/Proven: $30,000–$38,000, with tiered commissions up to 12% and top performers earning $90K–$120K+ annually.

Group health insurance and a 401(k) plan are provided. The role follows a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule; most weekends and holidays are off.
