Job summary
HearingLife is seeking a licensed Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Xenia, OH. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, fit devices, and provide exceptional patient care. This role offers a salary of 70k-90k base plus a 6% uncapped commission on sales, relocation up to 5k, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License per state requirements.
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests and fittings.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and troubleshooting/repairs as needed.
- Grow patient population and achieve clinic financial KPIs with ethical practices.
- Engage in local community outreach and physician relationship development.
- Counsel patients on purchasing hearing aids and accessories; explain payment options.
- Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate findings clearly.
