Beltone in Tupelo and Columbus, MS seeks a results-driven Hearing Care Sales Consultant to expand our local market share. The role centers on consultative selling, building patient relationships, and guiding buyers from needs assessment to solution.

We provide training and assist with licensing, with sign-on bonuses for licensed candidates or audiologists. Expect a base salary plus commission, with opportunities for growth through monthly bonuses and high earning potential.

Hearing Care Sales Consultant – Tupelo & Columbus, MS

Base + Commission | High Earning Potential

We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share.

This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. If you’ve been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity — we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign‑on bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Entry / non-licensed: $25,000–$28,000 base salary
• Proven sales / licensed: $30,000–$38,000 base salary
• Tiered commission up to 12%
• Monthly growth bonuses
• Top performers earn $90K–$120K+ annually
