Job summary

GN Group's Beltone Madison practice is seeking a Hearing Care Sales Consultant who excels in consultative selling and closing deals. You will conduct needs-based consultations, present personalized hearing solutions, and help patients choose devices that fit their lifestyle.

Base salary plus commission and potential sign-on bonuses for licensed candidates. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k). Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday with most weekends and holidays off.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in consultative or high-ticket roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with older adults and guiding decision-making.

Responsibilities
