Job summary

Beltone in Manchester, CT is seeking a Licensed or Unlicensed Hearing Care Professional to join America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care. You will administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide fittings to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

A strong emphasis on patient education, referrals, and community involvement helps create a positive patient journey. Preferred candidates hold AuD or CT dispensing license and have 2+ years of experience with sales goals.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut or willingness to obtain
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Connecticut
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting of hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Conduct community outreach and referrals from physicians.
• Support the Beltone Nationwide Network of Care.

Minimum Qualifications
