Beltone in New Castle, Indiana, is hiring a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations and fittings in a patient‑focused environment. You will educate patients, discuss rehabilitation options, and contribute to the Beltone Care promise across a nationwide network.

The role emphasizes community outreach, high-quality service, and collaboration with a supportive team to improve patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals (preferred).

Mansioni

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting of hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage with the community.
• Develop referrals by calling on physicians.

Minimum Qualifications
