Beltone in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to join America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care. You will administer evaluations and dispense hearing instruments, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD degree or Texas dispensing license as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Engage in community outreach and physician referrals.
• Maintain Beltone’s Belcare standard and collaborate with staff.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
