Job summary

Beltone of DFW is hiring a Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role includes conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations and providing fittings and accessories to ensure a positive patient journey.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas dispensing license or AuD with dispensing qualifications, and have a track record of meeting sales goals while delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD degree and qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and determine patient needs.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and participate in community outreach.
• Deliver high-quality service as part of Beltone’s Nationwide Network of Care.

Salary + Bonus Potential: $75,000-$100,000 plus within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR
• Educational Requirements: AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
• Sales History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
