Job summary

Beltone in Marion, Indiana is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to deliver comprehensive hearing evaluations and expert recommendations for fittings and accessories. You will guide patients through their hearing journey with empathy, professionalism, and Beltone’s customer‑first standards.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll build community relationships, call on physicians for referrals, and contribute to Beltone’s nationwide network of care.

Qualifications

• Indiana dispensing license or AuD with Indiana dispensing credentials.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and Beltone services.
• Engage in community outreach and physician referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana

• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
