Job summary

Beltone in Memphis, TN is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or trainee to join America’s Best Retailer 2024 for Hearing Care. You will perform hearing evaluations, recommend fittings, and guide patients through their care journey.

This role emphasizes patient education, community outreach, and collaboration with physicians, with a path to greater responsibility as you advance in the Beltone network.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee dispensing license or AuD with dispensing prerequisites.
• Interest in training to become Hearing Instrument Specialist; associate degree required.
• Ability to educate patients and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community outreach.
• Engage with physicians for referrals and support Beltone's network.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
• Support the Belcare promise across the Nationwide Network of Care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof Tennessee _ OR _
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Tennessee OR
• Interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and have an Associate’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work alone.
