Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional in Lexington/Covington, VA, offering a salary potential of $75,000 to $100,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will conduct evaluations, provide instrument fitting recommendations, and educate patients while engaging in community outreach. Join America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care and be part of a collaborative, patient-first team.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia license to dispense hearing instruments.
• AuD with Virginia dispensing eligibility.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure asuccessful patient journey.
• Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare, and community involvement.
• Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.

• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
