Job summary

Beltone in Hernando, MS is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or trainee to join our team. You will administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommend fitting and dispensing options, and educate patients on hearing health while building lasting relationships with the community.

Ideal candidates are licensed or eligible to dispense, with strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a commitment to Beltone’s Care promise across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Mississippi.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Mississippi.
• Interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and have an Associate’s degree.

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof Mississippi _ OR _
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Mississippi OR
• Interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and have an Associate’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work alone.
