Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator in Sturgis, MI to support clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, and assist patients with questions and payments.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling follow-up calls, processing orders, maintaining files, and helping with community outreach events. A High School diploma is required; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship building with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• EMR/EHR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and consultations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain files.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Perform benefit checks and insurance authorizations.
• Provide first level patient support and handle payments.
• Assist with repairs under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Prepare deposits and submit daily reports.
• Support sales of accessories and patient services.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Assist with community outreach events.
