Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to work alongside health-minded teammates in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. You will produce menu items according to recipes while adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining the Bistro and LifeCafe areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with certifications for ServSafe and CPR/AED within designated timelines. Compensation is hourly, with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification within first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
