Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
