Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
