Job summary

Life Time seeks a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in Roseville, CA. You will prepare menu items to recipes, support kitchen operations, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced café.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 20 lbs, ServSafe and CPR/AED within designated times, and prior restaurant experience is preferred. Wages start at $18.75 per hour and go to $22.25, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking, cleanliness, safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness and dishwashing.
• Manages food production flow with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality.
