Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs repeatedly.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a fast casual or full-service restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, equipment, and dishwashing.
• Manages food production flow with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
