Life Time in Roseville, CA is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in a fast-paced cafe. The role involves preparing menu items according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality meals for members.

You will collaborate with teammates to manage food production flow, stock supplies, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while delivering consistent, fresh dishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs including stocking supplies, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients.
