Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs, and to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness; sweeps, mops, washes dishes and cleans equipment.
• Manages food production flow with sandwich and salad stations; follows recipes for quality and consistency.
