Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join our health-minded, fast-paced team. You will prepare menu items according to recipes while following strict food safety guidelines and ensuring quality and freshness.

You will stock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations across LifeCafe and related stations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification within first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
