Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join our health-minded team.

You will prepare menu items according to recipes, maintain food safety standards, and work in a fast-paced environment alongside teammates. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, keeping the Bistro and LifeCafe clean, managing food production flow with sandwich and salad stations, and ensuring consistency and quality of ingredients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, stocking supplies, cleanliness and safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients.
