Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking supplies, cleanliness, kitchen safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, equipment cleaning, dishwashing.
• Manages flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients.
