Responsibilities

• Plan menus for snacks and lunches for enrolled children per CACFP, within budget and time constraints.
• Estimate food quantities based on number of children and serving sizes.
• Acquire needed food items and supplies.
• Maintain utensils, dishes, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure sanitation and health standards per CACFP, Wisconsin, and local laws.
• Prepare lunches and snacks for children and adults.
• Serve meals to children and prep snack carts.
• Maintain records: daily expenditures, monthly menus, monthly production, attendance, and Household Size Income Statements.
