• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, cleanliness, and safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
