Job summary

Philips is offering an internship in Service Offer Design at our Cambridge, MA site for Summer 2027. You will participate in researching, designing, and refining service offers for the North American healthcare market, with coaching from experienced leaders and exposure to the full lifecycle from insight to launch planning.

You will build skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and executive presentations while collaborating across functions and locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, product management, engineering, healthcare administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Basic data analysis skills and comfort with spreadsheets, presentations and written documents.
• Ability to organize information, identify patterns and summarize complex topics for different audiences.
• Interest in healthcare technology, services, customer experience, innovation or product management.
• Prior internship or project experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help design and refine Philips service offers for the North American healthcare market through research and data analysis.
• Support business cases, pilot planning and launch readiness to improve service value and customer experience.
• Document customer journeys, service workflows, requirements and decisions while tracking milestones.
• Gain hands-on experience in product management and offer design with coaching from leaders.
