Job summary

Philips is offering a 3-month paid internship with the North America Strategy & Growth team in Cambridge, MA. You will support strategic projects, conduct market research, and develop analyses and recommendations for leaders at a global HealthTech company.

You will build presentations, dashboards, and communications, leveraging AI tools and Microsoft Office, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS/MBA) degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, public health, healthcare administration, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Curious, proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; project management software experience is a plus.
• Coursework or internship experience in strategy, market research, or healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects aligning to key business objectives and team priorities.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions and improve processes.
• Create and maintain presentations, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics platforms to generate insights and improve efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
