Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate BS and/or graduate MS/MBA degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, public health, healthcare administration, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to take on significant responsibilities, contribute ideas, and learn through hands-on work.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); project management software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects that contribute to key business objectives and team priorities.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research; identify market whitespace and growth opportunities for Philips.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that improve processes, customer experience, or business performance.
• Create and maintain presentations, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables that make complex information clear and actionable.
• Use AI-enabled tools and Microsoft productivity solutions to generate insights and apply AI responsibly to research and knowledge synthesis.
