Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a Healthtech partner to hire a Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer to drive technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on software development for an AI-powered healthcare platform. The role emphasizes real-time systems, secure handling of PHI, and leadership across a small distributed team.

The ideal candidate has startup experience, strong Python/TypeScript skills, AWS expertise, and a proven track record delivering secure, scalable software

Qualifikationen

Extensive hands-on software engineering experience and senior technical leadership in an early-stage startup.
Experience as the senior-most engineer or in a comparable leadership role in small teams.
Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and scale real-time or streaming systems in production.

Aufgaben

Own technical architecture and engineering strategy across real-time audio processing and AI-driven features.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable production applications using Python, TypeScript, AWS, and AI technologies.
Lead technical decision-making, establish standards, and ensure platform scalability across distributed teams.
Evaluate AI models, infrastructure, and vendors for performance, security, and HIPAA compliance.
Lead LLM-powered initiatives with focus on accuracy, reliability, and production monitoring.
Drive sprint planning, technical scoping, and cross-team coordination while coding personally.
