Job summary

HealthMe in Naples, FL is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the launch experience for new practices going live with HealthMe. You’ll be the first contact after Sales and will manage over 100 practice implementations in the next year.

This is a hybrid role: half time running implementations—kickoffs, training, configuring software, driving first transactions—and half time improving the implementation playbook with templates, runbooks, and assets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years working inside a specialty medical practice as a practice manager or similar role.
• 1–3 years SaaS implementation or onboarding for SMBs, healthcare-focused preferred.
• Direct client-facing confidence with experience leading training sessions and kickoffs.
• Strong project management instincts; can manage 15–25 active implementations.
• Builder mindset; documents processes and improves playbooks.
• Change management awareness with strategies for provider adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for orthopedic and specialty practices from contract signature to first live transaction.
• Be primary contact for practice managers, billing leads, and physician-owners; run kickoffs, trainings, and check-ins.
• Configure HealthMe products to match each practice’s workflow; train staff to use the tools confidently.
• Maintain timelines, milestones, and status; surface risks early and inform stakeholders.
• Build and continuously improve templates, runbooks, training materials, and internal tooling.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales and with Account Management & Customer Success.
