You will handle Level 1 inquiries focused on billing, claims, and product issues, ensuring timely, accurate responses and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Billing, create SOPs and articles, and help scale the support function while maintaining rigorous data security and customer empathy.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience within healthtech support.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a bonus.
• Comfortable troubleshooting APIs and platform integrations.
• Able to interact with product and engineering teams and document issues clearly.
• Excellent written communication for customers and teammates.
• Ability to prioritize tasks amid competing demands.
• Attention to data security and process integrity.
• Proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality Level 1 support for billing/claims inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Billing to resolve tickets quickly.
• Create SOPs, macros, and Support Center articles to improve efficiency.
• Identify and prioritize improvements in Support operations and cross-functional processes.
• Continuously strive to improve support quality and collaboration across teams.
