Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the HealthCast Services team to support the ACM portfolio. You will partner with clinicians to implement workflows, educate users, and drive ongoing adoption and value realization after product deployment.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional collaboration, measure KPIs, and communicate outcomes to sponsors and executives while identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with healthcare background.
• 5+ years in customer advocacy and engagement post-sales or services.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills; able to drive customer value.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned clients, driving adoption and retention of HealthCast Services.
• Define success criteria for deployment, education, and satisfaction, ensuring smooth go-lives.
• Craft training plans and educate end user teams on clinical workflows and Medtronic products.
