Job summary

Medicom is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of healthcare accounts and drive product adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and retention. This is a technically oriented role working with imaging and interoperability.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Implementation and Product to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure measurable value from Medicom's Connect platform across health systems and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role within healthcare IT or SaaS.
• Familiarity with imaging/interoperability concepts and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage health system accounts and drive product adoption, satisfaction and retention.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across levels including executives.
• Develop adoption plans to maximize value and monitor account health.
• Coordinate multi-site adoption activities and track progress.
• Communicate performance and risks via quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Implementation and Product to ensure a consistent experience.
